In Fall 2016, the prototype of the FLOURplus system was presented to the members of the 3 national bakery associations involved in the project. On September 21st in Paris (FEB), October 1st in Prague (VDG) and November 17th in Madrid (Asemac), representatives of over 50 bakery companies had the opportunity to get familiar with the approach of the project and to see the system prototype in action.

The sessions showed among the members of all 3 associations a strong acceptance of the FLOURplus concept. The consortium is now working on the steps that will allow moving from the current prototype to a commercial system.
